A post nobody approved in time
The owner checks every post before it goes out. What if a post is still waiting when its day comes?
- Skip it. It never goes out unseen; it stays there, marked "missed", ready to move to another day.
- Post it anyway. More automatic, but the owner never saw it.
- Wait and remind. Hold it and ask again.
How much ClipMagic makes on its own
An idea costs almost nothing. A post made from one of our templates costs a few cents. A fully custom video made by the AI costs about a dollar. How automatic should it feel, and at what cost?
- "I pick, ClipMagic adds a few" (the default): every week ClipMagic plans the ideas. The "made for you" posts come from templates, so they arrive ready to check. Custom videos wait as ideas until the owner taps Make, or Make all once a week, and are made overnight.
- "ClipMagic picks, I check": the whole week is made overnight and waits to be checked.
- Autopilot (off by default, unlocks after two weeks): made overnight and posted on its day.
Plans, prices and the free trial
LaterHow many posts a month each plan includes, what the top plan adds (for example editing by asking the AI), and how the trial works. The design says $49 a month for up to 30 posts.
A photo the business doesn't have
Sometimes the best idea needs a photo the business has never taken (say, a pumpkin pie for Halloween).
- Make one with AI, about 56 cents a photo.
- Only use the business's own photos, and ask the owner to shoot one with Director.
Careful mode
The design turns it on for clinics and estate agents. What exactly should it change?
Templates at launch
Match Cut, Hold Up and Paper Collage are ready. Which others are coming, and where do their files live? Do we own the Hold Up photos of hands?
Our back office
The admin only we see, never the customers. What does it need on day one?
- Customers and their plans
- A customer's Brand Kit, posts and connected accounts
- What each customer costs us
- Failed posts, with a retry button
- A monthly spending limit per customer, with an alert
- Logging in as a customer to help them
Which service posts for us
LaterUpload-Post or bundle.social, chosen after trying both on a real business. Both are small companies, so we also apply for our own Instagram, Google and TikTok access from day one; then if a provider ever closes, customers don't have to reconnect.
The link page: its address and our badge
Every business gets a small page of its own (the "link in bio"), designed in link-page. Two things to settle:
- The address: a short domain of ours, like clipmagic.link/gails. Later, the business's own domain as an option?
- A small "Made with ClipMagic" at the bottom of every page: free advertising every time a customer taps, but some owners may want it gone.
